The service life of the Visual-Tex printer head is much longer than you think. If the staff operate well, it will take twice as long as expected. Let’s briefly introduce the maintenance skills.

1. Visual-Tex printer head Moisturizing

If the printer is not used for two or more days, in order to prevent the ink from drying up, the following things will need to be done:

1) If the printer is not used for less than 4 days, please inject an appropriate amount of cleaning fluid into the ink pad, and then enter the menu to perform the Visual-Tex printer head moisturizing action;

2) If the printer is not used for more than 4 days, please pull out the ink bag, then wash the ink in the Visual-Tex printer head with cleaning solution, and finally enter the menu to perform the moisturizing action of the Visual-Tex printer head.

2. Discharge Visual-Tex printer head

If you want to remove the Visual-Tex printer head, perform the following procedure:

1) Empty the ink in the Visual-Tex printer head and rinse it with special cleaning solution;

2) Turn off the power of the machine and unplug the power socket;

3) Test the fuselage with a multimeter to see if there is static electricity and discharge static electricity;

4) Remove the right screw fixing the Visual-Tex printer head, loosen the upper screw and the left screw, and remove the Visual-Tex printer head;

5) Put the Visual-Tex printer head on the non-woven fabric with cleaning solution and put it into the Visual-Tex printer head packaging box.

Be sure to wear the anti-static ring when connecting the Visual-Tex printer head and the Visual-Tex printer head drive circuit board, otherwise it is very easy to damage the Visual-Tex printer head or the Visual-Tex printer head drive circuit board.
