Flush without removing the print head

1. Turn on the printer, and when the print head moves, unplug it from the power board. Remove the screws and the print head cover.

2. Place the kitchen paper and slide the head on it. Take out the ink cartridge with the help of a flat screwdriver and keep it neat.

3. Pour some liquid into the container and fill the syringe slightly.

4. Connect the hose to the nozzle and gently press the cleaning solution over the print head.

5. Now repeat the operation for the blocked nozzle.

6. Then put everything back.

Flush by removing the print head

1. When the print head moves to release the printer, turn on the printer and unplug it from the power board.
Take it to the work area and remove the cover.

2. Remove the damper. Now, with the help of a screwdriver, release the right cover securing the flexible cable from the head.

3. Next, remove the rear plate. Use a screwdriver to release the tabs on both sides. To release the head, use a magnetic screwdriver to unscrew the remaining three screws.

4. Remove the head and turn it upside down. Pay special attention not to touch the silver part; Otherwise, the head will be damaged. Carefully release all flexible cables at once.

5. Use a cleaning stick to clean the area around the edge of the print head. There may be dry ink.

6. Now use a syringe with cleaning solution and flush through each nozzle. Put a bucket or container under it so that you don’t make a mess. You should press it down, but don’t try too hard. You will see the ink flowing out, then the cleaning liquid.

7. Reassemble the head after completion. Install the cable correctly. Put the screws, protectors and dampers back in place.

If there is still no ink display after trying all the above methods, the print head may be replaced. As mentioned above, disassembling the print head is not a difficult task. Just install a new one and your printer can be used again. When replacing the print head, we recommend doing the same for the damper.
