1. Printing head

The head is an indispensable core component in the Visual-Tex DTF film printer, which is directly related to the printing quality and effect. Therefore, the maintenance knowledge about it is often mentioned, and we must also have a certain understanding.

When the head is slightly blocked, use the ink pumping and cleaning function of the Visual-Tex DTF film printer to clean it; When the head is seriously blocked, the head needs to be removed and soaked in the cleaning solution for cleaning. The specific soaking time depends on the blockage degree of the head. In addition, the choice of ink should be genuine high-quality ink to reduce the corrosion and blockage of the head.

2. Printing guide

The maintenance of the guide rail of the Visual-Tex DTF film printer is a step-by-step process. First, after starting the power supply of the Visual-Tex DTF film printer, let the trolley return to the air for several times, and the dirt in the guide rail slider will remain on the guide rail. Repeat several times, and then wipe off the dirt with a paper towel or rag.
Secondly, after the printing operation of the Visual-Tex DTF film printer is completed every day, the guide rail should be cleaned and maintained. Wipe the dirt on the guide rail with a clean cloth or non depilating paper towel dipped in alcohol, and then wipe the guide rail with a clean cloth or paper towel dipped in a little sewing oil.

3. Printing machine grating

Grating is a transparent film behind the trolley frame, which mainly plays the role of positioning. If the grating is dirty, there will be problems such as drawing ghosting and dislocation. It is recommended to clean the grating regularly. When cleaning, wipe gently with water instead of brute force. Wipe both sides. If the grating is seriously damaged, it can be replaced directly.

4. Printing machine ink stack

After the photo machine works for a period of time, the scraper and ink pad will be slowly stained with ink and dust. If not cleaned in time, it may cause ink dripping or head blockage; Therefore, it is necessary to use a cotton swab to dip the cleaning solution regularly to clean the ink stains and impurities on the scraper and ink stack. If the blade is deformed or damaged, replace it with a new one.
